Company Description Banyan Ttree Alula Job Description Achieve sales targets (rooms, groups, events, and total revenue). Search for and secure new corporate, travel agency, and group business. Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts. Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and corporate rate agreements. Conduct sales calls, client visits, site inspections, and sales trips. Monitor competitors and market trends and share feedback with Revenue & Management. Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare basic sales reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s is a plus). [2]+ years of experience in sales, preferably in industry: e.g., hospitality Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in managing key accounts and developing new business Additional Information Work Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Working Hours: Flexibility is required, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as business needs dictate. Travel Requirements: Occasional local or international travel for sales trips, trade shows, and client visits may be required.
