QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Preferably 5 years of experience in insurance sales within the UAE market.
• Strong network and preferably an existing portfolio of clients.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (CII certification is a plus).
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
