Responsibilities

As part of our international Sales Team, you’ll support and develop B2B customer relationships focused on licensed brands and leading TCGs. This isn’t just a sales role – it’s about creating strong partnerships, enabling growth, and helping stores succeed in the exciting world of collectibles and pop culture.

  • Manage and grow B2B customer accounts in the areas of licensed products and trading card games
  • Guide partners from initial contact to long-term account development
  • Analyze customer needs and sales data to unlock growth opportunities
  • Contribute to international campaigns, outreach strategies, and community building initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with sales colleagues, marketing, procurement and product teams – both local and international
  • Share ideas and proactively shape internal processes to improve customer experience
