Hotshots Academy is a fast-growing youth football organisation delivering structured coaching and competitions to children through schools. We partner directly with primary and secondary schools to provide engaging, high-quality football provision that improves pupil wellbeing, behaviour, and skill development — with zero burden on school staff.
We’re now looking for a Sales Manager to lead our school partnership efforts — opening conversations, booking calls and converting interest into confirmed, long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Introduce Hotshots programmes to schools through outbound calls, email outreach, and school visits
  • Speak directly with Headteachers, PE Leads, School Business Managers and MAT leaders
  • Build relationships that lead to long-term partnerships
  • Handle all aspects of the sales cycle — from first contact to signed agreement
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover once schools are onboarded
  • Use our CRM tools and sales trackers to manage leads and follow-ups
