With over three decades of excellence in the bedding industry, Sealy has established itself as a leader, known for delivering high-quality mattresses and exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving the overall growth of the brand in a competitive market. If you are passionate about sales and have proven experience in managing a high-performing team, we would love to have you on board. Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve overall company objectives. Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to ensure sales targets are met. Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics and reports. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Collaborate with marketing to promote products and support promotional initiatives. Identify emerging market trends and opportunities for growth. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in the consumer goods sector, preferably in bedding or furniture. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and analytics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proactive problem solver with strong organizational abilities.
