At Luxarabia Real Estate, we are expanding our Secondary Market division and are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and grow our team of property consultants. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Secondary Market Property Consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets. Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing real estate agents. Monitor daily sales activities, KPIs, and conversion rates. Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and team training sessions. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. Ensure agents maintain excellent client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. Support negotiations and assist agents in closing high-value transactions. Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Collaborate with the marketing department to maximize lead generation campaigns. Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management. Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Managerin Dubai's Secondary Market real estate sector. Proven leadership experience managing a team of real estate agents. Strong knowledge of Dubai's secondary property market. Excellent coaching, mentoring, and people management skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
