JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales department, develop sales strategies, and lead a team of real estate agents to achieve set targets. The role requires a hands-on leader with deep market knowledge, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to close high-value deals.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive in real estate (UAE market experience preferred).
· Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate laws, trends, and freehold/leasehold areas.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Strong network of property buyers, sellers, and developers.
· Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· RERA certification is an advantage.
· Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

· Lead, train, and manage a team of real estate sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
· Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and motivation.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
· Set monthly and quarterly sales goals and prepare performance reports for senior management.
· Ensure all property listings and marketing materials are up-to-date and aligned with company standards.
· Represent the company in networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
