Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets for Secured Business Loans (SBL/LAP). Drive new customer acquisition through direct sourcing, DSAs, connectors, and referrals. Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to increase SBL market share. Conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis. 2. Team Management Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Officers/Relationship Managers. Provide training, coaching, and field support for lead generation and conversions. Review performance, pipeline, and productivity metrics regularly. Ensure team adherence to sales processes and documentation norms. 3. Credit & Risk Coordination Work closely with credit teams to ensure high-quality sourcing aligned with policy. Oversee customer profiling, documentation, and pre-screening. Ensure portfolio quality by monitoring delinquency, early warning signals, and customer behavior. Support credit underwriting by providing on-ground insights and customer verification. 4. Channel & Partner Management Onboard, manage, and grow DSA/Connector networks for SBL products. Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent business flow. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies for all external channels. 5. Customer Relationship Management Ensure superior customer experience across the loan lifecycle. Resolve escalations, service issues, and post-disbursement queries. Build long-term relationships with high-value clients and influencers. 6. Reporting & Compliance Maintain MIS on productivity, pipeline, conversion ratios, and market insights. Ensure 100% compliance with internal policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines. Provide inputs for improving sales processes and product offerings. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Secured Business Loans/LAP products. Experience in sales, team handling, and channel management. Good understanding of credit assessment, financial statements & collateral evaluation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Target-driven mindset with strong execution capability. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Qualifications & Experience Graduate / MBA preferred. 4–8 years of relevant experience in Secured Business Loans or LAP sales. Experience in team leadership / supervisory roles is an added advantage. Work Environment Field-intensive role with regular customer and channel visits. May involve travel within assigned territory/city.
