JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales operations from our Irving, TX headquarters. In this role, you will drive growth by managing dealer and distributor relationships, lead a team of dedicated sales professionals, and drive the next growth phase in our North American sales. Unlike outside sales positions, this role focuses on building strong account relationships, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring alignment between internal teams and our valued partners.
This is a high-impact position that requires leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the manufacturer’s role in powering the success of dealers, distributors, and direct-to-consumer initiatives.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven success in sales management, account management, or business development, with experience in manufacturer-side roles.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics or powersports.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop, and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (NetSuite/Power BI)and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the powersports industry, dealer networks, or related ecosystems is strongly preferred.
