About Us Agro Snow Malaysia Sdn Bhd is a joint venture between Agrocorp International and Megmilk Snow Brand Co., Ltd., Japan. We are establishing a state-of-the-art plant protein manufacturing facility in Johor, Malaysia, focusing on the production of high-quality plant-based ingredients for both food and animal nutrition applications. We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven sales professional to lead market development and business growth within the food and animal feed industries. Position Summary The Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and expanding Agro Snow's presence within the animal feed, livestock, and food ingredient sectors. The ideal candidate must possess strong B2B sales experience and an established network within feed millers, livestock producers, animal nutrition companies, or related industries. Key Responsibilities Business Development · Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout Malaysia and the region. · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. · Drive revenue growth through strategic account management and new customer acquisition. · Conduct market mapping to identify emerging opportunities. Key Account Management · Manage relationships with key decision-makers including procurement managers, nutritionists, technical managers, and plant management. · Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, pricing, and supply agreements. · Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support. Market Expansion · Develop sales strategies to penetrate target markets. · Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry developments. · Provide market intelligence and recommendations to management. Cross-Functional Collaboration · Coordinate with technical, operations, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and order fulfilment. · Support product launches and customer trials. · Work closely with regional teams to align commercial objectives. Sales Performance · Prepare sales forecasts and budgets. · Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs. · Submit regular sales reports and pipeline updates. · Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events. Preferred Industry Experience · Candidates with direct experience and existing networks in the following sectors will be highly preferred: o Animal Feed & Nutrition Industry o Feed millers o Animal nutrition companies o Feed ingredient suppliers o Feed additive companies o Protein ingredient suppliers o Premix manufacturers Examples include: · CP Malaysia · Japfa Comfeed · Gold Coin Feedmills · Leong Hup Feedmill · Cargill Animal Nutrition · Dindings Poultry · All Cosmos Industries · Sinmah Feed · Farm's Best · Nutrition Technologies Livestock & Farming · Cattle farms · Dairy farms · Feedlots · Poultry farms · Goat farms · Integrated livestock producers · Aquaculture producers Food Ingredient Industry (Secondary Preference) · Candidates with strong B2B ingredient sales exposure to food manufacturers may also be considered, particularly those supplying: o Functional proteins o Starches o Food ingredients o Specialty ingredients o Alternative proteins o Food processing ingredients Products Portfolio · The successful candidate may be involved in the sales and commercialization of products including: · Animal Feed Applications · Feed ingredients · Functional proteins · Plant proteins · Protein concentrates · Feed additives · Alternative proteins · Starch ingredients · Nutritional solutions Food Applications · Plant-based proteins · Pea protein ingredients · Specialty food ingredients · Functional food ingredients · Protein concentrates · Starch solutions Requirements · Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Animal Science, Food Science, Agriculture, Nutrition, or related disciplines. · Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience. · Proven experience selling to feed millers, livestock producers, animal nutrition companies, or food ingredient manufacturers. · Strong business network within the Malaysian market. · Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. · Strong presentation and communication abilities. · Self-motivated and results-oriented. · Willingness to travel extensively across Malaysia. · Possess a valid driving licence and own transport. Highly Preferred · Candidates who possess one or more of the following will have a distinct advantage: · Existing relationships with companies such as CP, Japfa, Gold Coin, Leong Hup, Cargill, or major livestock producers. · Experience selling feed ingredients or feed additives. · Experience conducting technical discussions with nutritionists and procurement teams. · Experience launching new ingredients into the market. · Regional exposure within Southeast Asia. Important Note Candidates with direct sales experience and established customer networks within feed millers, livestock producers, and animal nutrition companies will be given strong preference. Food FMCG sales experience alone may not be sufficient unless supported by ingredient or feed industry exposure.
