REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in regional sales, especially in production and sales of electronics products, with a strong focus on semiconductors
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability
• Proven leadership to guide and inspire a team
• Business-level fluency in Japanese is required for internal and external communication
• Able to travel for work trips and attending events/exhibitions

• Drive sales targets, including account management and business development
• Lead and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance team culture
• Coordinate and report regularly to the Japan headquarters
• Conduct market analysis and develop strategic plans to expand regional presence
• Plan and execute marketing activities such as trade shows, promotions, and digital initiatives
• Build strong client relationships through onsite and virtual meetings, focusing on long-term partnerships and upselling
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and potential partnerships through research, exhibitions, and field engagement.
