* Simple Staffing is hiring for this position on behalf of Optavise * This leadership-track role is designed for individuals who want to grow into a sales management position by learning the business from the ground up while developing and leading a team of insurance agents. This is a hands-on role that combines field activity, coaching, and team development. Prior insurance experience is not required; structured training and ongoing support are provided. Key Responsibilities Learn Optavise’s sales, enrollment, and client service processes Conduct onsite and virtual insurance enrollments Recruit, train, and mentor new insurance agents Support agent development through coaching and performance feedback Track activity, performance, and team growth Promote a professional, ethical, and results-oriented team culture Qualifications Leadership, sales, or management experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to coach, motivate, and support team members Willingness to learn and follow established systems Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure Reliable, self-directed, and accountable
