Jupiter provides investment services to individual and institutional investors through mutual funds (UK unit trusts, Luxembourg SICAVs and Dublin OEICs), separately managed accounts and sub-advised funds. Jupiter has experienced a period of international growth with offices open across Europe and APAC. Background This is a fixed-term role based in Singapore, covering maternity leave for 12 months. The position focuses on maintaining and growing relationships with global banks and institutions. The role will support the Sales Director in sales and client service during this period. Key Responsibilities Maintain strong working relationships with the Head of Asia, Sales Directors, HK team members, international sales colleagues, and internal departments to achieve a global, coordinated sales effort. Develop and sustain relationships with key clients (focus on global and regional banks) to build customer relations and achieve long-term sales objectives. Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships in Singapore, emphasizing business growth across new and existing channels. Identify and pursue new business opportunities such as new products, channels, and marketing opportunities to enhance Jupiter's distribution efforts. Conduct regular presentations, group and one-to-one meetings with clients. Coordinate client meetings with Fund Managers and Investment Directors. Provide key accounts with information and updates on Jupiter's products and services. Report sales activity, notes, and client meetings promptly to international sales colleagues (for large, cross-border accounts) and via Salesforce. Contribute to strategy, team initiatives, product development, and training programs. Deliver customer outcomes that are in the clients' best interests. Ensure all activities adhere to Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations and guidelines. Manage risk within your area of responsibility to mitigate errors and breaches. Desired Skills / Experience 3–10+ years’ experience in asset management, institutional sales, or private bank distribution. Strong sales strategy and execution capabilities and client relationship management skills Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills. Proactive approach, commercial mindset and deep industry knowledge. University degree in Finance or Business; CFA qualification preferred. Don’t meet every requirement?
