Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute strategic plans to promote our cleaning robot solutions to target customers including government organisations * Identify and build relationships with senior decision-makers. * Conduct market research to uncover business opportunities and emerging trends. * Work with the marketing team to derive market campaign * Engage potential clients through presentations, demos, and follow-up meetings. * Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with our business goals. * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies as needed. * Attend industry trade shows and networking events to represent the company and build connections. * Provide feedback to product teams based on client interactions and market needs. Qualifications: * 5+ years of sales and business development experience, preferably in technology or cleaning solutions. * Proven track record of building relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions. * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. * Familiarity with cleaning equipment and AI is a plus.
