  Profile: Our client is in the packaging field and is looking for a Sales Manager to manage a sales team across Canada. We sell packaging and have a variety of clients; enterprise and smaller local clients. REQUIREMENTS:

Development vs Maintenance: 50% vs 50%
Road vs Office: 20% vs 80%
Languages: Perfect bilingualism (Eng+French) written and spoken
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Training: On the job training provided
Overnight Travel: 15% to 20% overnight travel
Years of experience: 5 to 8 years sales experience with 1-2 years in sales management
Other requirements: Knowledge and experience working with a CRM

TRANSFERABLE KNOWLEDGE:

• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work with large multinationals as well as small regional players
• Knowledge of the packaging industry is an asset
