Sales Manager – Skinfinity Spa Pay: $3,000 monthly base + unlimited earning potential Job Type: Full-time | On-site (Travel optional when assigned; expenses covered) Job Summary The Sales Manager at Skinfinity Spa is responsible for leading in-spa sales efforts, driving daily revenue goals, and maximizing client retention through upselling and cross-selling of treatments and packages. This role focuses on proactively guiding guests toward services that meet their wellness and aesthetic goals while ensuring exceptional client experiences. Top performers may have the opportunity to become Travel Sales Managers, supporting other spa locations across the U.S. when assigned. Candidate Profile Education and Experience Required: Sales experience in any industry; entry-level to experienced candidates considered Understanding of upselling and cross-selling strategies High-energy, client-focused, and results-driven personality Preferred: Previous experience in spa, wellness, or luxury aesthetics Prior team leadership or coaching experience Familiarity with CRM systems Core Work Activities Understanding Market Opportunities and Driving Revenue Achieve daily sales quotas and revenue targets through active upselling and cross-selling of treatments and packages Identify and engage new clients or returning guests to maximize treatment bookings Develop creative sales approaches to promote treatments and services Maintain awareness of competitor offerings and trends in the wellness/aesthetic industry Execute sales strategies aligned with spa standards and brand expectations Building Successful Relationships Provide exceptional client engagement throughout each guest’s spa experience Foster positive relationships with returning clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits Collaborate with estheticians, nurses, and spa staff to deliver personalized client care Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance feedback activities Additional Responsibilities Maintain accurate client information and service tracking in the CRM Support other spa locations as a Travel Sales Manager when assigned, with all travel expenses covered Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $3,000/month Unlimited commission earning potential (details shared during interview) Employee discounts on treatments and wellness services Professional training and career growth opportunities Supportive, wellness-focused work environment Optional travel to other U.S. spa locations (expenses covered if assigned) Locations Tennessee, Texas, Ohio, Oklahoma, Florida, Georgia, California, Las Vegas, Kentucky, and other U.S. markets Equal Opportunity Statement Skinfinity Spa is an equal opportunity employer.
