Responsibilities
  • Handle sales leads like a pro—responding promptly to inquiries (1 business day or less!), converting to bookings, and making sure every guest feels special- turning prospects into lifelong fans.
  • Own the entire fast-paced, exciting world of party sales and planning at Sloomoo Institute, working with caterers and clients on food & beverage options, and outside vendors on other deliverables.
  • Order food and beverage for each party. Write BEO’s. Insure operations team understand client’s needs for the party.
  • Partner with our operations team to bring the magic of Sloomoo to life in every event.
  • Craft personalized experiences proposals and custom packages to make every party an unforgettable experience.
  • Be a friendly, outgoing ambassador for the brand—build lasting relationships with guests, community leaders, and local organizations.
  • Create and manage relationships with food, beverage, and entertainment partners to create a seamless event experience.
  • Own your pipeline! Keep track of all the details—using our sales and booking systems to craft proposals and run sheets for operations - ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Follow up with guests after the event, securing future bookings and generating referrals.
  • Get creative and share feedback to continually elevate our guest experience!
