REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years of Sales experience, with min. 2 years proven sales management experience across the ASEAN region
  • Experience leading a team of Account Executives with demonstrated success in SMB
  • Ability to lead from the front and be hands-on to get deals across the line
  • Strong Sales operational skills - SFDC reporting, forecasting and data analysis
  • Excellent structured communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information and processes in a streamlined, easy-to-understand fashion

Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE

You will be responsible for directly managing the ASEAN SMB Sales team, tasked with developing and executing on the GTM Strategy associated with the ASEAN region by working closely with your team and key stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead from the front, manage, coach and mentor a team of SMB Account Executives & Account Managers in ASEAN
  • Attract, hire, retain high performing talent with an aptitude to learn and grow
  • Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team
  • Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity & forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions
  • Assist the team throughout their sales cycle for different product and service offerings
  • Create a cohesive cross functional environment supporting functions in region
  • Develop an internal and external candidate pipeline
