Was dich erwartet – deine Aufgaben im Überblick: Kundenkontakt mit Drive: Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für interessierte Unternehmen (1–199 Mitarbeitende) – per Telefon, E-Mail oder Website (Inbound). Aktive Neukundenansprache: Du gehst proaktiv auf spannende Unternehmen zu und überzeugst sie im Gespräch von unseren Produkten (Outbound). Kampagnen & Aktionen: Du setzt zielgerichtete Marketing- und Telesales-Aktionen um und bringst deine Ideen mit ein. Up- & Cross-Selling: Du betreust bestehende Kunden aktiv, erkennst Potenziale und entwickelst sie weiter. CRM-Profi: Du arbeitest mit unserem CRM-System (Salesforce), pflegst Kundendaten und behältst deine Sales-Pipeline stets im Blick. Erfolgsfokus: Du steuerst deine Ziele und KPIs eigenverantwortlich – z. B. Angebotsrate, Hitrate & Forecasts. Womit du uns überzeugst: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – Vertriebserfahrung ist ein Plus. Du hast Spaß am Telefonieren, bist überzeugend, abschlussstark und trittst sicher auf. Motivation, Neugier und Teamspirit zeichnen dich aus. Du arbeitest gerne lösungsorientiert, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich. Sicher im Umgang mit MS Outlook und CRM-Systemen (Salesforce-Kenntnisse von Vorteil). Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
