Key Responsibilities:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with Sobha Realty. As a Sales Manager, you will lead the end-to-end sales process within the luxury real estate market. Your key responsibilities will include driving sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, engaging with high-value clients, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
* Strong expertise in sales management, business development, and strategic planning* Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
* Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets within the luxury real estate sector
* In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market and applicable regulatory frameworks
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch, German, Polish, Turkish, or French.
