SALES MANAGER

As a fast-growing and ambitious Company, Softwerx is We are seeking a commercially driven and inspirational Sales Manager to lead and grow our secure365 sales team. This role is central to driving growth across our Microsoft-focused cyber security managed services portfolio. The sales manager will ensure urgency and in meeting our sales performance growth. This role will suit an experienced and driven individual who is seeking a rewarding and fulfilling career with one of the leading Microsoft Security specialists in the UK.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  • Clear evidence of a successful track record in Sales
  • Clear evidence in managing a sales team successfully
  • Clear evidence of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Clear evidence of a highly persistent attitude and approach.
  • Excellent communication and commercial experience
  • Demonstrate ability to lead and develop a sales team

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge and experience of the cybersecurity sector.
  • Knowledge and experience of the Microsoft security portfolio.
  • Specific experience in the area of SecaaS (Security-as-a-Service) solutions
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft security
  • Five years plus cyber security sales experience
Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meeting and accounts plans
  • Deliver the team net new sales to monthly targets relating to our secure365 Security Managed Services Portfolio.
  • Lead, coach and develop the sales team.
  • Work with the Marketing Department to help generate demand.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical to meet the go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance KPI’s to the management team
