What this means for our Sales Manager: you’ll lead a consultative, in-home sales operation that listens first, sets honest expectations, and follows a defined process from inspection to install. Your team will deliver accurate estimates, disciplined follow-ups, and smooth handoffs to production—because exceptional customer service isn’t a promise here, it’s the playbook.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales organization. This role will work directly with:

  • Outside Sales Reps (Roofing Advisors) – supporting, training, and holding accountable
  • Inside Sales / Appointment Coordinators (LACs) – ensuring leads are qualified and appointments set
  • Field Marketing Team – guiding canvassing efforts and customer outreach
  • Customers – when needed, stepping in to resolve escalations, build relationships, and reinforce trust

The Sales Manager will be accountable for driving KPIs such as closing percentage, average sale, sit/demo rate, net sales per lead issued (NSLI), and gross profit % per rep . You will be responsible for building, onboarding, training, and managing a high-performing sales team while maintaining a culture of persistence, professionalism, and excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience building in-home sales team experience (pest control, solar, windows/doors, or similar industries strongly preferred) with proven success in coaching and growing teams
  • Strong work ethic, grit, and decisiveness
  • Comfort with technology, CRM systems, and sales processes
  • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
  • Willingness to climb ladders, walk roofs, and work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Bilingual is a plus
