Sales Manager - UK (all genders) Location: Client visits across the UK TASKS Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives within the Distribution, EPC, C&I, residential segment. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer relationships in the responsible area or market. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement. Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and technical support, to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly. Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote LONGi’s products and solutions. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities. QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree and above. Relevant experience in sales within the solar industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Open-minded, adaptable to a fast-paced and constantly evolving industry environment. Used to work in cross-cultural environment.
