What You'll Do Lead & Develop a Winning Sales Team Manage and coach a team of 10+ Design Consultants conducting in-home remodeling consultation Drive team performance to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets Conduct ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to improve closing ratios Train Sales Professionals to Win Train and develop consultants using our structured in-home sales system Mentor new hires and elevate the performance of existing team members Identify opportunities for improvement and implement targeted coaching plans Ensure Sales Process Excellence Ensure sales contracts, documentation, and project details are accurate and complete Maintain consistent adherence to our sales methodology and presentation standards Monitor pipeline activity, sales performance, and conversion metrics Partner with Leadership Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of in-home consultations Provide leadership insight on market trends, sales performance, and growth opportunities What We're Looking For 5+ years of sales leadership or management experience Experience leading field sales teams or in-home sales professionals Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams Strong coaching, leadership, and motivational skills Ability to drive accountability and results in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and leadership presence Preferred: Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales Experience with in-home consultation sales models Why Join Us?
