JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and outgoing Sales Manager to lead and grow our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate is sociable, draws energy from working with people, and thrives in a leadership role. As the Sales Manager, you will oversee the buyer side of the business—hiring, training, consulting, and holding our agents accountable. You will serve as both a team leader and mentor, consistently demonstrating the knowledge, skills, habits, and values of a top-performing agent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the UAE real estate industry is required
  • Proven track record in a sales manager or team leader role
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with real estate portals such as Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, etc.
  • Understanding of services provided by Dubai Land Department (DLD)
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Positive, optimistic, and team-oriented mindset

EXPERIENCE:

  • Management: 2 years (Preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, mentor, and hold the sales team accountable
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to hit team goals and revenue targets
  • Set and manage individual targets for agents
  • Work with team members to refine and use effective sales scripts
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key sales metrics
  • Ensure the team has the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed
  • Plan and execute training programs for continued agent development
  • Promote a culture of high performance, positivity, and professional growth
