ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Manager at Square Yards Australia, you will play a pivotal role in leading and building a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for managing interstate real estate sales, driving business development, recruiting and training talent, and achieving revenue targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Recruit, build, train, and lead a team of 5–20 sales professionals.
· Drive inter-state property sales across key Australian markets.
· Develop and implement innovative business development strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
· Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members in sales, negotiation, and market knowledge.
· Monitor team performance, set sales targets, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
· Perform in-depth market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
· Act as a role model by demonstrating hands-on selling, deal closures, and client relationship management.
· Collaborate with internal marketing teams to optimize lead conversion and client engagement.
