If you're ready to take charge and make a big impact, we want you on our team. The Role We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to lead and scale our outbound sales efforts. You’ll be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales strategy, overseeing the entire sales funnel from lead generation through to closing. In this leadership role, you’ll coach a growing sales team, refine outreach processes, and drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting and relationship-building with key decision-makers. You’ll also collaborate closely with recruiters and executive leadership to align on goals, improve performance tracking, and ensure a seamless sales-to-service handoff. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize outbound sales strategies that drive pipeline growth Manage and mentor a team of sales reps or strategists, guiding them to meet and exceed targets Identify new lead sources and market opportunities to expand client base Own high-level sales conversations and close deals with key decision-makers Oversee CRM usage (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.) ensuring clean, accurate data for forecasting and reporting Launch and oversee multi-channel outreach campaigns via calls, email, and LinkedIn Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with recruiting and operational capacity Provide regular sales performance updates to leadership and adjust tactics as needed Who You Are You’re a proven sales leader with deep experience in outbound sales and a passion for team building and operational excellence. You understand the nuances of staffing or recruiting and thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
