QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual (French/English) is required.
  • Experience in a sales manager position.
  • OMVIC license and a full driver’s license are mandatory.
  • Strong management experience with a track record of leading successful teams.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and developing team members.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
  • A background in marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience in selling cars is preferred.
  • Knowledge of desking software.
Responsibilities

  • Monitor floor sales traffic and manage internet leads daily.

  • Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities and reporting performance metrics.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their negotiation and sales skills.
