Your Impact We are looking for a proactive salesperson who has a passion for premium drinks and the on-premise to join our team to help us achieve our growth ambitions. You are skilled at executing sales plans to deliver targets, brand visibility and promotions in venues. You have an authentic style that engages and builds relationships in trade and internally. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Deliver customer ranging and sales growth targets * Deliver sales growth – yes this is a purposeful repeat * Work collaboratively with the ABV field sales teams and Asahi key account team to convert ranging agreements via planning, presentations and time in trade together * Manage state distributor partners that service independent grocery and café channels * Drive growth and partnerships across our direct customer base * Contribute in StrangeLove team meetings, planning sessions and team activities (often in some of the best venues in the country). * Represent StrangeLove at trade events * Staff training * Update meaningful sales reports that justify your existence * Regional travel as required ABOUT YOU StrangeLove have a passion for making interesting drinks with a focus on exceptionally good ingredients, we ar looking for someone who share this passion with the below experience * A proven track record of delivering sales growth targets in sales or account manager role * A focus on solving problems and creating value, not just selling deals * Pragmatic and collaborative working style * Confidence in pitching, negotiating, and executing agreements * A self-starter, you seek out opportunities * Strong existing relationships in the on-premise * Knowledge of how distributors operate and the indie premium grocery channel * An understanding of mixing drinks, drinking drinks and premium and craft spirits * Current drivers license and RSA  
Responsibilities
