The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing sales team in achieving revenue and growth targets across roofing, siding, window, and decking projects. This role combines hands-on leadership, sales strategy, coaching, and performance management to ensure exceptional customer experiences and consistent team success. The ideal candidate is results-driven, people-focused, and passionate about developing others. Role Description and Expectations Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Representatives to exceed individual and team sales goals Provide ongoing coaching, ride-alongs, and performance feedback to support professional growth Track and analyze sales metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and drive accountability Conduct weekly sales meetings and strategy sessions with team Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure lead quality, alignment, and project fulfillment Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-focused approach Maintain and optimize use of CRM tools and reporting for transparency and forecasting Foster a positive, high-energy sales culture rooted in integrity and service excellence Qualifications Required: 3+ years of experience in sales leadership or management Strong background in sales strategy, performance management, and coaching Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Availability to work evenings and weekends, based on customer and team needs Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools Preferred: Experience in home improvement, construction, or exterior remodeling industries Demonstrated success leading commission-based sales teams Personal Attributes Motivational and supportive leader with a track record of building team success Goal-driven with strong business acumen Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills Organized, analytical, and adaptable to fast-paced environments High integrity, with a customer-first mindset
