QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry or similar industry
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Charismatic with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Working collaboratively with managers and staff across all dealership departments to ensure smooth teamwork and communication.
  • Proficient with common computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic graphic tools like Paint, with a strong comfort level using technology in general.
  • Basic math knowledge and understanding
  • Thorough understanding of leasing and the key benefits it has to offer
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Previous customer service experience with excellent customer service skills
  • Professionalism and responsibility
  • Valid OMVIC license
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
