Description Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Manager leads and develops a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role provides hands-on coaching, accountability, and leadership while modeling the company’s mission, values, and standards. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives through training, feedback, and performance management. Recruit, onboard, and train new team members. Conduct regular team meetings, ride-alongs, and 1:1 performance check-ins. Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable. Partner with HR on performance reviews and development plans. Creates/provides opportunities for employees’ growth and development. SALES GOALS Meets and exceeds sales goals and other key performance indicators for the company and individual sales representatives. Targets performance management and training to achieve sales goals and other key performance indicators. CUSTOMER ISSUES When customer issues are escalated to their level, works to resolve all customer issues Ensures customers have a remarkable experience. DIRECT REPORTS Sales Representatives Lead. Build. Win. Leave your mark at Sure-Dry Requirements Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service principles; construction industry experience preferred. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Strong organizational, leadership, and computer skills, including use of standard business software. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating a proven track record. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Valid non-probationary driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to drive for company business.
Responsibilities
