Description We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team at our corporate headquarters in Hockley, Texas. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the company's continued growth. The Sales Manager will oversee sales initiatives, analyze market trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement strategies that strengthen customer satisfaction and increase revenue. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our corporate headquarters in Hockley, Texas. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring exceptional customer service while driving company growth. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and revenue objectives. Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives. Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market conditions to develop strategic recommendations. Conduct market research and SWOT analyses to identify opportunities and competitive advantages. Monitor industry trends and implement sales best practices. Collaborate with marketing to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives. Oversee product assortment, pricing strategies, and new product introductions for e-commerce customers. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, presentations, and business recommendations for senior management. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and outstanding customer service. Mentor and support sales team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Previous sales management, account management, or business development experience preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a plus. Understanding of SEO and SEM strategies is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to build customer relationships and drive business growth. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
