We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to shape and lead the sales function across BiGDUG, Office Furniture Online and Davpack. This is a key leadership role for someone who can balance day‑to‑day coaching with strategic thinking, while confidently guiding a team through change. What you’ll be doing Leading the Sales Team Developing people — Coaching, motivating and supporting the team to deliver consistent results. Driving accountability — Setting clear expectations and ensuring performance standards are met. Driving Commercial Growth Revenue growth — Delivering sales targets across multiple channels and customer segments. Cross‑selling opportunities — Spotting and developing opportunities across all three brands. Sales process improvement — Strengthening structure, efficiency and conversion rates. Working Cross‑Functionally Partnering with marketing — Aligning campaigns, promotions and customer messaging. Collaborating with operations & e‑commerce — Ensuring a seamless customer experience from order to delivery. Supporting change management — Helping lead the team through organisational and strategic change. What we’re looking for B2B sales leadership experience, ideally within Office Furniture, Workplace Safety, Racking or Packaging. Commercially sharp, customer‑focused and confident making data‑driven decisions. Strong in coaching, performance management and team development. Comfortable operating in a changing, multi‑brand environment. Able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership. Why join us?
