We’re Hiring | Sales Manager – Lighting Industry | Riyadh About the Role: Arak Lighting Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the lighting industry. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive business growth while building long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to maximize performance • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key accounts • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs • Coordinate with marketing, technical, and operations teams Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • 6–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lighting industry • Proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets Work Location & Schedule: Location: Riyadh Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break) Days Off: Friday & Saturday
