🚀 We’re hiring: Sales Manager | Talma Europe

Do you love the chase, the conversation and ultimately the win?

Talma Europe is growing and we’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to help us turn opportunity into profitable new business across the UK and selected European markets.

This isn’t an account-management role disguised as sales.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys:

🎯 Building and owning a new-business pipeline

🤝 Opening doors and developing senior relationships

💡 Understanding a client problem and creating the right solution

📊 Using data, CRM and market insight to improve conversion

📝 Leading proposals, tenders and RFPs

💬 Negotiating, influencing and closing

🏆 And, importantly, winning the right business

You’ll own opportunities from first conversation through discovery, proposal, negotiation and close working alongside our Operations, Implementation, Account Management, Technology and Finance teams to make sure what we promise can be delivered brilliantly.

We’re looking for someone with a strong B2B new-business track record and ideally 2–3+ years' experience within a TMC, corporate travel or closely related travel environment.
