* Develop and implement commercial and sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, carriers, and agents. * Identify new business opportunities in ocean freight, air freight, land transport, and logistics services. * Lead, guide, and support the sales team to ensure effective pipeline management and closing of opportunities. * Prepare pricing proposals, negotiate rates with carriers, and ensure competitive customer quotations. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust commercial strategies. * Work closely with operations and documentation teams to ensure service quality and smooth shipment execution. * Oversee the commercial performance of all branches and ensure alignment with company objectives. * Prepare periodic commercial reports, forecasts, and KPIs for top management. Requirements * 10+ years of experience in freight forwarding (sales or commercial) in Egypt. * Strong knowledge of ocean, air, and inland logistics in Egypt. * Proven record in business development and key account management. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills (able to manage, lead and grow the sales department) * Ability to analyze market conditions and develop strategy.
