Description Bungalow has been a Scottsdale destination for furniture, décor, and boutique fashion for over two decades — known for thoughtful curation, layered spaces, and a warm, highly personal shopping experience. We’re looking for a Sales Manager / Team Lead who loves being on the floor, building relationships, and guiding a small team with confidence and care. This role is first and foremost a sales leader — someone who leads by example, coaches in real time, and helps both clients and team members feel supported and inspired. This position reports directly to ownership and partners closely on day-to-day needs, but it is not a General Manager role. The focus is sales, people, and client experience — not full operational ownership. What You’ll Do Lead the Sales Floor & Develop the Team • Be a consistent, visible presence on the floor — selling, guiding, and setting the tone. • Coach sales associates through real client interactions, offering feedback that builds confidence and skill. • Lead regular touchpoints with the team to review goals, share wins, and keep momentum strong. • Support hiring and onboarding of new sales associates. • Foster a positive, collaborative culture rooted in trust, accountability, and pride in the work. Drive Sales & Client Experience • Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients through attentive service and follow-up. • Model Bungalow’s consultative approach — listening first and offering guidance. • Maintain strong product knowledge across furniture, décor, and fashion. • Ensure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and excited to return. Support Daily Store Rhythm • Collaborate with ownership on weekly scheduling. • Walk the showroom daily to maintain visual standards. • Assist with promotions, in-store moments, and events. • Share insights from the floor to help shape sales decisions.
