Description Team Leader / Sales Manager will be primarily responsible for leading a team and managing the daily operations of a Health Club or Fitness Center. Responsible for daily, monthly, quarterly Individual and Club Sales Goals. Team Leader / Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees and specifically the Sales Team as well as onboarding and hiring new team members. Ability to deliver a great Customer Experience. Requirements Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to a team of people Enroll New Members Achieve monthly personal and Club sales goals Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion rates Assist with member retention Manage daily operations Recruit and train new hires Drive development of employees Maintaining a clean and operationally sound facility Assist in Marketing Efforts to recruit new memberships Qualifications Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills Computer Literacy, ability to operate Club Management Software Demonstrated ability to lead Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills both oral and written Organized and Punctual Familiarity with fitness equipment and industry trends Minimum experience : Must have 1 year of experience in customer service Must have 1 year of experience in leadership Computer literacy Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk and stand up to 8 hours/day and/or sitting for an extended period of time. The employee may be required to occasionally lift, carry or move up to 25 pounds and may seldom be required to lift, carry or move 26-50 pounds.
