Description

SALES MANAGER

Salary: Depending on experience plus OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm (with 1 late a week until 6.30pm), You may be required to work Saturdays, and they are on a rota basis between the hours of 9:00am - 1:00pm.
Location: Horsham, West Sussex. Flexible or remote working options available (Training period will be at our Head Office in Horsham. There will be occasional travel to Horsham, West Sussex for companywide meetings).

Responsibilities
  • Managing a sales team in office and remote, leading by example.
  • Managing our lead suppliers with weekly calls, to provide updates on conversion rates and cancellation numbers.
  • Provide analysis and reports of team’s performance and individual performance.
  • Work on strategy and forecast whilst reporting to the board how you are achieving against the plan.
  • Growing and expanding our Sales team, with structured plans which are monitored and measured.
  • Ensuring individual and team daily/ weekly/monthly KPIs and targets are achieved.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings to develop and motivate the team.
  • Implement team incentives and commission structures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise all leads internally and externally.
  • Effectively communicate sales targets to each individual team member ensuring the overall team target is achieved.
  • Coaching, mentoring, training, upskilling, one to ones and performance plans.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and legislative requirements.
  • Working closely with the CSO and CEO to ensure sales and service performance is maintained - with weekly reporting.
  • Providing reports to stakeholders and customers as required.
  • Ensuring that process documentation, work instructions and other ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 policies are adhered to and maintained with our internal external teams.
