QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in commercial leasing, office space sales, or business development roles.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • In-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market and leasing process
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a client portfolio
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
