We’re scaling fast across APAC and looking for a Sales Manager – AWS to lead from the front, shape our go-to-market strategy, and build a high-performing team. What you’ll do Lead and coach 3 Account Executives (2 in Sydney, 1 in the Philippines) Report directly to the Regional Director Shape the team’s structure, processes, and GTM strategy Lead from the front: own strategic deals and set the standard for excellence Partner with AWS to accelerate pipeline growth and co-sell effectively Drive collaboration across delivery, marketing, and AWS teams Build a culture of curiosity, accountability, and customer obsession What success looks like Establish a repeatable GTM motion within 6 months Build a $3M+ pipeline across ANZ and PH Develop a team that consistently exceeds quota and drives innovation What you bring 5+ years in tech sales, with at least 2 years in sales leadership Proven ability to build, coach, and scale high-performing teams Experience working with AWS or similar cloud platforms Strategic mindset with a bias for action Ability to lead by example and close complex deals Benefits Overview Base salary plus commission package 25 Days paid time-off plus birthday leave Fully-funded certifications Company sabbatical scheme Opportunities for career advancement Annual wellness allowance & support Company Events
