We are urgently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow sales for our carpet manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B/B2C sales, excellent client networking skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth in domestic and international markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in carpets, flooring, textiles, or related industry.
• Strong B2B & B2C sales background.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of export markets (preferred).
• Valid UAE/GCC driving license

  Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per mont

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and build relationships with distributors, retailers, interior designers, contractors, and key clients.
• Manage and expand the company’s sales network locally and internationally.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client retention.
