About the roleWe’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Sales Manager to lead our field sales representatives and drive Protecta’s sales performance across NSW.

This role combines people leadership with active involvement in the market. You’ll coach and support your team, strengthen key customer relationships and drive profitable growth through new business development and existing account opportunities.

You’ll take ownership of the state’s sales results, ensuring your team has clear priorities, effective territory plans and the support they need to succeed. Regular time in the field will be a key part of the role, joining customer visits, providing practical coaching and helping the team progress opportunities and win business.

Working closely with customer service, operations and other teams across Protecta, you’ll help ensure we deliver on our commitments to customers.
