Job Description: Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order picking, dispatch, and distribution of sanitary ware products.
Supervise, train, and manage a team of approximately 10 warehouse personnel, ensuring productivity, accountability, and efficient daily operations.
Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts, minimize stock discrepancies, and ensure effective warehouse space utilization.
Implement warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and handling procedures to prevent product damage, optimize operational costs, and ensure timely order fulfilment.
