Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of our luxury real estate projects. You would be actively promoting our project, building your broker network, attending property viewings with prospective buyers and keeping up to date with UAE Real Estate market, property laws, competitors and marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently source potential investors
  • Effectively consult with potential clients and advising on various aspects of the projects and investment options in line with their requirements
  • Work effectively in converting company-assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales
  • Making appointments and facilitating tour for clients to the ‘World Islands’
  • Meet and exceed assigned targets and KPIs
  • Advise on merits of properties and terms of sale
  • Coordinate with the marketing team and represent the organization in exhibitions and other promotional activities of properties.
  • Finalize the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Follow up on all clients to maximize sales opportunities
  • Keep abreast of local zoning laws, financing institutions, residency and commercial procedures and other concerns of the client with regards to the sale of property to ensure smooth sales transactions
  • Ensure regular visit to check on the inventory of product personally, asses them before showing them to prospective clients
  • Market, promote and sell completed & off plan properties that is part of the inventory to the clientele globally.

Qualifications & Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of the real estate market in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of success in luxury real estate sales or Insurance sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
