Description:
Responsibilities:
- Independently source potential investors
- Effectively consult with potential clients and advising on various aspects of the projects and investment options in line with their requirements
- Work effectively in converting company-assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales
- Making appointments and facilitating tour for clients to the ‘World Islands’
- Meet and exceed assigned targets and KPIs
- Advise on merits of properties and terms of sale
- Coordinate with the marketing team and represent the organization in exhibitions and other promotional activities of properties.
- Finalize the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Follow up on all clients to maximize sales opportunities
- Keep abreast of local zoning laws, financing institutions, residency and commercial procedures and other concerns of the client with regards to the sale of property to ensure smooth sales transactions
- Ensure regular visit to check on the inventory of product personally, asses them before showing them to prospective clients
- Market, promote and sell completed & off plan properties that is part of The Heart of Europe inventory to the clientele globally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
