Sales Manager – Prime Central London

Location: Marylebone

We are recruiting an experienced Sales Manager on behalf of an established independent estate agency specialising in prime central London property.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven estate agent to lead the residential sales operation, develop a team and grow the business within a competitive market.

The role

You will take a hands-on approach to managing the sales department, combining team leadership with winning instructions, negotiating offers and progressing transactions through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, motivating and developing the sales team.
Conducting market appraisals and converting valuations into instructions.
Generating new business through prospecting, referrals and networking.
Building lasting relationships with vendors and buyers.
Overseeing property marketing, viewings, negotiations and sales progression.
Managing the sales pipeline and driving performance against agreed targets.
Providing clients with informed advice on pricing and market conditions.
Maintaining high standards of service, accurate records and regulatory compliance.
Working closely with the wider business to identify opportunities and support growth.
