Description Position Information: The Thomas Automotive Sales Manager is a dynamic professional who is directly responsible for ensuring customer experience and team objectives are met or exceeded. The Sales Manager responsible for OEM objectives, customer experience, objectives and appointment to goal, and ensuring the Thomas Sales Process is followed by all. Successfully Maintain the following accountabilities OEM objective CSI - customer experience Objective to goal Appointments to Goal LMA Thomas process FBA Duties and Responsibilities: Greet every customer, every day Maintain high ethical standards when dealing with customers, co-workers and vendors. Put safety first. Adhere to all Safety Policies, Procedures and Personal Protective Equipment standards Review OEM Goals/Objectives Monthly Determine Areas of Opportunities Coordinate Training to obtain objectives Obtain OEM Objectives Ensure Sales Dept. OEM Training Completion Monitor CSI Results Daily Coordinate training on CSI Results Review/Monitor Training Results Assist with improving customer retention Monitor sales introduction to service FBA Address customer complaints in a timely manner Monitor Objectives to Goal Coordinate One on One trainings as necessary Assist in obtainment of individual objectives Create Daily Gameplans to achieve Monthly Goals Provide Inventory feedback to Inventory Asset Manager Monitor Daily Activity to achieve goal Monitor Progress to Objective Assist teammates in goal obtainment Establish Expectations Establish Goals Assist in obtainment of Goals and Expectations Hold team accountable to achievement of Goals and Expectations Monitor all aspects of Sales Process Determine training opportunities and cascade to OD and follow up with training as necessary Maintain a safe and clean workspace, as well as ensuring the entire facility is orderly, clean and free of hazards Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or the equivalent. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Valid in-state driver's license. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication skills. Dealership sales or management experience preferred. Working Conditions: Will stand and move throughout the dealership facility (lot, showroom, service department, offices) for most of the shift. Will spend time outdoors showing vehicles to prospective customers and to drive vehicles in traffic during test drives. Evening, holiday and weekend work hours will be required.
