Step into a fast-growing retail brand with a sleek, premium store presence in high-footfall, Grade A locations. Tidal Vape is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven, ambitious Sales Manager to lead from the front in our newest Leicester store.
This is not a behind-the-desk management role. You’ll be on the shop floor, leading by example, engaging with customers, driving sales, and inspiring your team to smash targets and earn bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Lead sales on the floor by actively engaging customers and demonstrating product knowledge
  • Take full accountability for store KPIs, including revenue, conversion rates, and average transaction values
  • Coach and motivate your team to reach and exceed individual and store targets
  • Manage inventory and ensure the store is always clean, stocked and visually appealing
  • Be the go-to expert in our vape, CBD, and wellness product ranges (training provided)
